Am I Infected With Malware?

I was browsing Amazon today when a popup...well, popped up...that I've never seen before. Is it part of Amazon or what? I ran Malwarebytes and my antivirus (Avira) and both said I'm clean. I have uploaded a screen shot of it to explain what I mean. Specifically it's the banner at the top that says, "Best Price!"

Use an addblocker, see if the problem persists.

download and run adwcleaner from bleeping computer and see what it comes up with.unless you recognize the threats it comes up with as something you use,delete it all.

ublock origin or adblock.

I use ublock origin and addblocker ultimate. Addblock+ is okay but allows some 'non-intrusive' adds.
