Am I paying too much for this gaming laptop?

Was looking for a gaming laptop to play some co-op games with the girlfriend like Diablo 3 or Guild Wars 2. I'm planning to buy this one for $550 tomorrow. Is that a good price? And will this play new games on decent settings?

Those are pretty old specs for that price range. I would say pass on it and go with something like this:

It should beat or at least match the one you listed and it's not used.
