For 130 bucks it's not going to replace anything in my house ..... It would be easier to just get a $50 fire tablet that will do all of that and more

I got an echo dot for the bedroom, when I wake up I just mumble out a few times (until I speak loud enough) "alexa, what time is it" to find out the time. A screen doesn't really help much, not at that size, when i can just ask the time or date or weather.
