Solved! Amazon prime logo used to appear on our smart TV and now does not display

A month ago the Amazon prime logo appeared on our smart TV, returned from vacation and now cannot locate it. No smarthub button on our controller but we still got Prime a month ago.

Did you subscribe for Amazon Prime or is this included on the plan you have? I'm thinking if this your Amazon Prime is under subscription, maybe the subscription or free trial has ended.

I have the same problem. I never got around to seeing it up, and now it's gone. I'll be watching this for the solution.

if it not a supsciption issues. see if the tv has any firmware updates.
