AMD 435 X3 unlocked to X4 OC questions

I decied to try and unlock my fourth core and it worked. Since all was going well I decieded to try and overclock it a little too, this is what I came up with-

looking at other overlocks im a little concerned about the HT frequency, the voltage seems a little high aswell(I have it set to auto). Also I had to majorly underclock my ram to get to a 1:1 ratio. Are these good settings? If not can anyone make any recommendations for a good OC.

MOBO-Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H
AMD 435 X3 unlock to X4
2.5gb 667mhz ddr2 ram
500gb hard drive
9600gt OC

Ok, Same chip here,

Im clocked to 3.5Ghz, My HT matches my bus speed like yours, 240/2400Mhz, voltage is 1.472 so yours may be a touch high,
I would stick your ram back to 'normal' settings, 1:1 is nice but not at that kind of expense lol
Are you using AMD Overdive may I ask?

yeah put your RAM back to 1:1 also don't use auto voltage when overclocking boards always tend to give the CPU a little too much juice when auto-volting.
