AMD Graphics Driver Model Number

SO hers the thing people. I updated to win 10, AMD catalyst control was not opening so I checked their website. After doing a few things the problem was not solved so I Uninstalled AMD graphics Driver. But I didnt note down the model number.
So I went to HP's site. Put my laptop product number and got a shock. In graphics driver section NVIDIA Graphics Driver is listed and not Radeon. I am using Radeon for 2 years. Have a sticker of Radeon Graphics on laptop.
Can anyone pls help me solve this and get me to know the model number of my graphics card

With laptops you don't need to know model number of the components, just model number of laptop, because the laptop manufacturer supplies all the drivers for each laptop model on it's website.
