Amd phenom x2 550 4 core unlock ati 5770 recommended psu

i am looking to build a pc with the amd phenom x2 550 black edition, and i was planning to unlock the other to cores, as well as putting in a ati radeon 5770, can anyone tell me if this is a sufficient case and psu?
