AMD RX 580 mobile gpu vs gtx 1060 mobile gpu

I'm looking to get a new gaming laptop. I'm moving to a small apartment and space will be limited. I'm not super knowledgeable on the mobile gpu chips and I don't want to deal with buyers remorse. I'm currently looking at laptops with the 1060,1070 and the rx580 gpus and I was wondering how the rx580 mobile gpu compares with the gtx 1060 mobile gpus. Games that I plan on playing on it are gears of war 4, fallout 4, and skyrim.

Both are very similar in performance but I would personally go with he 1060 due to the lesser power consumption.
