Yesterday I turned my laptop on (lenovo z50 75) and it went to automatic repair it says the operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.

File: \WINDOWS\System32\drivers\amdkmpfd.says

Error code 0x000007b

You will need to use recovery tools.if you have any installation media (like a disc or USB device) contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

Press enter to try again. BTW when I do that it goes back to the same message
Press f8 for start up settings

Press esc for UEFI firmware settings

My pc is lenovo

Specs:
Cpu: amd a10 7300
16GB ram
1 tb storage
Gpu: Radeon r6 graphics M255dx

Please help me I can't even log in my pc 🙁

I think you mean reinstall.
the cpu is amd, and the gpu is amd, chipset is amd.

When the system attempts to boot without GPU drivers -- like when you first install Windows on a new hard drive -- it uses the default VGA driver (going back to Windows 98 days, if not earlier) until it can locate/download an updated driver.

how to i do that do i unscrew my laptop or something and take out my graphics card oh yh its intergrated ;/.
Also when i click the safe mode option it goes back to the message. i can go into my bios but i dont know what to do with that. Would buying a windows 10 disc fix it (btw windows 10 is already installed. Should i send it to Lenovo support or ring them up? Someone please respond becuz im scared i may not be able to fix this problem.

Last thing if i switch my laptops gpu to UMA only ( found it in the bios) will it fix it?

I am now having exactly the same issue as you and cannot get into safe mode. Did you manage to resolve? Thanks
