Adobe After Effects and a lot of work.

Check out this video - it will show you a different type of deal but remember it's just text / images / effects over the top of an existing video in the case of what you want to achieve.

It sounds easy when you say it quickly doesn't it but I will repeat - a lot of work and time consuming.
