Android 4.0 on nexus s..bugs crawling all over

well i updated my nexus s with the android v4.0.3 recently(2 days after it was rolled out ie long back)
as the ota update was not available for me at that time i downloaded the zip file and patched the phone through the bootloader
the one thing i find so annoying is that the phone is relatively laggy and the os has many bugs in it [:aford10:1]
is it only me or has google screwed up big time
as even whn i kill apps it still upses up more than 50% of my ram
an would u belive the settings app to use 30 mb of ram i mean what the hell [:deweycd:2]
any suggestion to 'unlag' [:amk-aka-phantom:1] the phone would be appreciated

ics is still fairly new. there are bound to be bugs for at least a few more months.

that said, restoring your phone to the older rom you were using would fix the problem.

but i kinda think ill stick with the v4 anyways
just hope that google updates it soon enough
