android app was working fine.. it said i have to update....i did....now it wont load.. is there something i should do

general maintanance advise needed,,,programs will not load.......thank you

Go to settings - > Applications - > "select you app"

There see if it gives option to "Uninstall update", if not, reinstall that's what I can think of.
