Not sure what you are asking, you want to connect an Android device to two TVs? Did you read the manual to the device? When you say by WiFi do you mean streaming video to the TV using WiFi? Not likely, even if the device and the TV can do video over WiFi, which is unlikely, it also would need to support multiple video output streams which is also unlikely.
