android genie app gives netgear router not found or support...worked fine a week ago

My netgear router was unplugged a few days ago.I plugged back in and I have wifi access to the internet..however my genie app won't access the router from my android device. I get netgear router not found or not supported...app worked fine for months.help what do I do

hmmm maybe you can try and clear the application cache and data and try again
