Android keys not working motorola Razr XT910

Hello,

I have a motorola Razr XT910. So far the phone is good except that the Home and Search keys do not respond at all..

The Options key (symbol: three rows) and the Return key (symbol: Return arrow) works fine.

I have Android 2.3.6 installed.

Any idea how to make the keys work?

I have the same problem, but with mine all four don't work. it was fine one minute and then the next it just stopped. Can someone please help because i rely on this phone everyday.
