Android mobile doesnt connect to wi fi

Mine is DLink wi fi router with WPA2 encryption.but a Windows mobile doesnt connect despite the password.says " no response from wi fi! What is the problem?

Does your router's network show up in the list the mobile device can "see"?

Yes!my router name "harimani" was displayed on the mobile.when connect was clicked it askedfor password.when password was typed and again connect clicked it showed "aurhenticating" for few seconds and then" no response from wi fi"! Didnt connect.

For "password" read wireless security key. Are you using the right one? Are any other devices connected wirelessly to your router?
