I am trying to watch netflix on my nook color. there are purple lines across the screen and the video plays in the small corner. i have posted a bad review on the play store and they have not replied to me. is there a fix for this ?

Cyanogenmod 11 kitkat 4.4
running android ART
i just did a factory restore when i updated to kitkat.

i think it might be screen tearing .

i know the nook color is very old and that it wasnt made for being a fully blown android tablet but netflix used to work just fine .

Sounds like you need to check the screens dpi setting and make sure you have it at 160
