android phone calling problem

I have MOTO G 1st gen best phone .The phone works fine unless you make a call. When you do the mic and the speakers will not work. Phone is perfectly working while call from whats app or Skype. if there is hardware problem why it is working on Skype whats app music and other program

Hello,

I will advice you to contact your mobile operator. If the MIC and Speakers are working fine... you have to tell them about this problem.
And yes... it can be another problem but first contact your operator and come back here with more information
