Android phone is not turnng on, on laptop appear error code 43

Hello! When I took my phone form charging (I let it from night till morning), it was dead. It would not turning on, passed 2 days, I let it without battery, I changed the battery, nothing. I tried to keep both home and volum+, nothing. It is not turning on. But if I connect it to laptop with USB Cable, this appear: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43).. what can I do?

Does not sound like you can do much with it, seems like a hardware failure with the device. Check with your service provider for options but without a working factory restore or ability to connect to a PC to try a new ROM flash, I don't think you can do anything with the phone.
