How do I fix this problem? My Android is not turning on and the phone software is deleted.

What do you mean the software is deleted? if it's not turning on, you can't know anything about the phone. Have you tried replacing the battery? Need some more details about the issue, phone model, what happened before this started.

my phone is hotwav trend s3, When I used the sp flash tool I disconnected the phone and the software was deleted and phone not turning on, custom rom is paid and i cannot buy it.
