Question Android phone problem can anyone help?

I have a Samsung galaxy a32 5g and when I watch videos or search up Google it says the 3 dot menu but when I go into storage and then in SD card I do not see any type of 3 dot menu anywhere can someone help me pls I've been trying to figure this out for hours and that was 2days ago and today and also The problem was I wanted to make the micro SD card be the internal storage

I did recently do a software update i think .so the dots are a vertical line of 3 dots like . . . but vertical and the dots are for seeing like settings and options and other things

When the 3 dots don't exist, usually the alternative is a tapping & holding (long-tap).
But as for your goal, I don't think it's possible to make your SD card the internal storage. Maybe if you rooted your phone, but I wouldn't recommend doing that.
