android phone turns off occasionally

my android phone turns off by itself when used continuously, either it doesn't turn on unless the charger is plugged or the battery drops when it turns on.. but nothing happens when it's used for short periods of time over the day

Sounds like either you have an app(s) that is seriously draining the battery, you need a new battery, or both.

i tried to delete all apps but the problem remained, battery then?

If you removed/uninstalled apps that could be the issue, I would also suggest checking for viruses and/or malware. Those can be a drainer as well. Then restart the device. If it continues to drain quickly, then I would try a new battery.

restart the device and put a antivirus and scan the device two times. and remove all the data stored in the device and check if it is working or not
