Android stock memory eraser toolkit

I wish to erase my whole entire phone as well as the stock rom where the OS is installed. The reason is the stock rom chip has also been infected with a spreading virus. So basically i cannot attatch the phone to my pc, otherwise it will spread to the pc and once i delete the stock rom firmware i will get the virus back from the pc. I do not wish to use windows software. I can do it using windows software but i prefer using android software. Does any one know of a software which can do all of that?

And after you delete stock firmware, what you will do with your phone - use it as door stopper?

The only way a virus can get into your PC is if an infected program is run. If you disable AutoRun on Windows, and just connect your phone without executing any program on it, you will be safe.
