Android tablet won't start

My android tablet won't turn on. it's keep showing the samsung ikone and nothing happens.

Make sure it's charged, you may need to reload the OS on it. That will wipe it's internal memory though. See if there is a factory reset option first though, that should also wipe the data off it. If you have files on a memory card, that should be left as is, only the onboard memory is wiped during a restore.
