Possibly. Its an Intel Atom processor, so it might work.
It might be lacking some drivers, though.

Depends on the Nextbook you have. It must have either an AMD or Intel CPU for Windows to run.

There may not be Windows drivers for all the hardware in the Nextbook (like WiFi, ethernet port, bluetooth) so somethings may not work.
