while booting up it is stuck on android screen
i tried pressing power and volume up button at the same time which does not work. tried the reset button does not work either.

Just like what happened to me last time, the problem is within the Android's ROM. You will likely need bring it to a shop and replace the current ROM.

Hold the power button in for a few minutes.
