I don't know anything about this angry bird thing, but how can the prime minister of the UK have time to play such a game? Might as well see him play CoD MW3 with Obama and Putin in the Lincoln Bedroom.
My issue is that these small project games are that they are becoming more and more popular because they're extremely easy to start up and have the potential for gargantuan profits. So I hope that people don't start solely focusing on these types of games because it might mean less high production games.
Playing a game like Mass Effect 3 feels like a worthwhile experience. Angry Birds and such games just feel like a waste of time.
It's all a matter of taste. Lots of Toms readers dislike Angry Birds I see. I didn't like it either and was surprised of success. But when I got my hands on it.. Me and my other half couldn't wait to play the game. We were playing on iPod touch one level after another while sharing the device. Just got addicted until finished all levels with 3 stars Waste of time? Maybe.. Still, quite a fun game. I know there were similar ones before, but this one was finished all the way from simple story to sounds and gameplay.
This theme park is going to ROCK!! Just imagine! You take your whiny toddler, plop them into a slingshot and launch the little ah heck into a pile or wooden crates, or sheets of glass! Winner gets a stuffed pigs head with a crown on it LOL
