You must live in a pretty crappy apartment to be able to open a door with a knife. Regarding being able to access your balcony sliding door and get it, well, I'm assuming you either 1) had to break the glass or 2) also have a pathetic locking mechanism.

Apple's net profit margin was 21.5% last year.
If anyone deserves to be hacked because of high margins, it's Microsoft. Their profit margin was 29.9% last year and has been close to that for 10-20years.

Apple achieves this by convincing people their products are worth the money.
Microsoft does it by exploiting a monopoly.

Comparing a 13" notebook with an aluminium chassis and 8hours of battery life to a cheap, plasticy 15" notebook with 4hours of battery life is insane. (Lenovo G-Series do not have the quality of Thinkpads. They are cheap crap)

btw: the Lenovo G-Series just got updated and guess what? The new G-series has exactly the same 2.3GHz Sandy Bridge i5 as the MacBook Pro. Wonder why? Because it's faster than the last gen 2.53GHz i5.

Build a Hackintosh. And what's wrong with overpricing computers? So all of a sudden because a competitor sells at a higher price, they should get hacked? No one is forcing you to buy a Mac. Here's a better question: why can't DirectX be on other OSes? I rather have a gaming Linux than this Windows 7 that I paid for. Windows vs Linux, infinite % overpriced Windows.
