ANS 40 phone

Have ANS 40 non removable phone. Won’t charge. How to tell if it’s the phone or charger

I am going to assume you mean an ANS UL40? Try using a different charger and see if it will charge on it. If that doesn't do it, then you have to have the device looked at. Now if this is a phone you got through the free service companies, then they should be able to send you a new one and you send them back the non-working one.
