Any differences between the 2?

Both are the same, just marketed to two different stores, and as for extra memory, more then 6 GB is more for heavy users, running a game like Call of Duty MW3 and a 10 tab browser, or running photoshop. 4 GB is fine for most users, unless you plan to run something heavier.

4GB vs 8GB:

8GB is only a benefit to:
- gamers
- advanced photo and video editing

*When you ask whether you need more than 4GB of RAM you really need to specify the use of the computer. Even light gamers won't see a benefit to more than 4GB.

I will play some games,Maybe have 2 tabs and game running.

You believe DMC Devil May Cry will run on this PC on low?
Thanks for the clarification.

Medium To Low Settings, The GPU isn't all that strong to begin with, and the CPU is ok at best. You would need a gaming desktop to be able to run most games on high settings.
