In order of best to worst:
1. Acer: new generation CPU AND it has a dedicated GPU - you could even do some light gaming on this.
2. HP Probook: last generation CPU is OK. However, it's Windows 7 and Windows7 will not be getting updates starting in 2020. Would need to update this laptop to Windows 10
3. HP with AMD CPU - old and underpowered CPU compared to the others. Don't buy this.
