any one help me plz I want to reset my laptop but it doesn't works I tried several times I tried to back up and restore but it

You need to buy a genuine copy and that would either come with a DVD or you could donwload an ISO file from Microsoft's website.

If you want to recover data from that laptop, take the hard disk out and slave it to another PC with a USB converter because the new installation will wipe the disk clean first.
