anyone know the best way to cool down a Dell xps 15?

as described above,I need to know what the best way to cool down a Dell xps 15 9530 would be, and best brand? it's really thin, and gets pretty hot when playing bf4 or crysis 3 and tends to slow down my game play frames per second considerably.

Being an engineer, I have plenty of these

I just pop one under the back end and the cooling is fine..... I do have to take the bottom cover off every now and then and clean out the cookie crumbs, pet hair, dust and stuff that manages to get sucked in thru the fans.

I have tried various aftermaket coolers, aids, etc none of which did beans.

I do the same thing but with a CD case. Works great.

Other things to check:
Fan openings cleaned?
Laptop on a hard surface? (not on the carpet, couch or bed)
How hot is it in the room where you play?
