Aol desktop not responding on my windows 7 computer

In a vestigal sense, AOL still exists at AOL.com. I even have a 3 letter foo@aol.com email address that I check once a quarter or so. Currently 400 messages, 99.9%spam and phishing, 0.1% misdirected addressing.

AOL desktop?

2. Was it working before?
