This is the news I've been waiting for. If you can prove Apple knew of the flaw and they produced the product anyway, they won't have a leg to stand on in those class-action lawsuits.

Making a bad product is one thing, knowingly making and releasing a bad product, while denying the problem even exists to the consumer, is another.

I think this is more like Apple's version of the Ford Pinto.
