[citation][nom]amk-aka-phantom[/nom]So good that Apple has no power over Asia... We'll buy all we like and not only what some fruity company allowed. ~~~~[/citation]
You do know that Australia is part of Asia right.

[citation][nom]droking[/nom]Wow really? Go burn in hell Apple thats where you belong, and steve jobs can stay in heaven as much as i hate Apple.[/citation]
What make you think it was heaven he went to?

There seems to be a lot of judges on Apple's payroll lately. I don't think all this lawsuit foolishness is going to help Apple in the long run,

I would love to see all the other companies band together and patent sue Apple out of Business

would be kinda sad, Apple used to be seen in Such a Good light in days gone by...

But now would Really make my day ^^

last I heard, Australia was its own continent.

ok ... what school did you go to?

Probably Harvard and Yale, like Bush. He thought Australia was Austria. Mind you he got a BA in history from Yale, and a Masters from Harvard besides attending a top prep school in America.

Actually, it's Australasia, comprising Australia, New Zealand, and a few specs of dirt in the South Pacific.
So the last you heard was a bit inaccurate.
...
By the way, Apple knows this will get thrown out at trial, Ozzies are very pragmatic and won't stand for this crap but like the man said it will be too late and the Xmas period will be missed. It is worth paying the legal costs just to slit Samsungs throat. Dirty tactics, possibly the worst I have ever seen from Apple and that is a tough call considering their previous form.

The man who invented C programming died yesterday, Dennis Ritchie. Close to all programming today is done in C or a close derivative. Why does the MSM chooses to still focus on the death of a the case designer Steve Jobs? Why must we be constantly bombarded with the false claims that Steve Jobs was a genius, when a true genius, not some poseur con-artist defrauding gullible people, just died?

I don't know where all of this Australasia stuff came from but AUSTRALIA (continent) has always been comprised of new zealand and parts of indonesia.
Australia the continent is different than australia the country. though they are named the same.
