How do they help? Destroy other companies with illegal business practice? Produce slow, buggy operating systems that only sell because they are a monopoly? Copy, and copy badly, ideas invented by other companies, and use financial muscle to get into industries their lousy technology wouldn't allow them in.

Let's face it, Microsoft can't invent anything, and exists as a parasitic monopoly trying to milk the life out of corporate America with bad software, and subscription services to this bad software.

Apple invents, creates, and innovates, and uses this to rip off the blindly stupid who think status is the most important thing in life.

The main difference is, Apple makes a difference and creates new markets, and raises the standard. Microsoft fails in almost every adventure they can't leverage their monopoly in.

The reason why American companies are outsourcing is because of the lazy ass idiots here who are always making up excuses and starting trouble and suing the fortune 500 companies. Also, with all the health benefits, welfare and social security causes people to become lazy and outsmart the companies. Hahaha. Microsoft isn't a failure. Also, every company steal ideas from each other. Both Microsoft and Apple stole the GUI from Xerox PARC. If Microsoft sell buggy and slow software then why are they richer than you? Their goal isn't to sell high quality products where only a handful of people would buy; their goal is to sell good quality products at a lower price than their competitors which is why they have succeeded. Apple wasn't even the first one to invent the tablet "ipad". It was Microsoft who first invented a tablet back in the 1990's. Apple products are either for the filthy rich or the fools who cares so much about status. Having all the latest tech gives me a higher social status so to speak. Apple is feeding lies into peoples' heads saying that they innovate, invent and create new things. They even force their technicians to make people believe that their mac oses cannot get infected with viruses.

I didn't plan on commenting on this article until I read quite possibly the stupidest thing in my life.. (your comment), Do you know how much IBM inovates the world around us and makes us move forward? IBM STARTED what computing is today, just because they're not as openly retail as apple is doesn't mean they're not LEAGUES ahead of them.. Apple has the most drone, and blatantly stupid fanbase/consumer base I know of... the only good thing I see from having apple around is it drives competitors to augment their products, but to say IBM has fallen? I guess it's all the lazy hill billies & mexicans that got all this greed is good to become a failure in delivering its goodness, because they would never have outsourced anything, were it possible to get hill billies & mexicans to work at wall mart or in sweat shops for NOTHING. But of course it's better to outsource these jobs to places where you don't get to watch how people get beaten by sticks or thrown in jail for complaining or taking a coffee break. Will Mac laptops are dumb proof, no one makes virus for 5% of the computer market Apple holds, They look good, Great for web use office typing they are a non gaming system. You can get a way cheaper Laptop but it wont look as good until the HP one comes out. With Mac's you don't need to be a computer savvy, give it to a person who knows nothing of computers and they only web search Facebook or G+ and they are set you don't have to worry about them, with virus or crashing because they can't install random crap on it and no one makes virus for them will.... not ,many. This is why Apple user come back to keep buying there stuff and the support is AAA stuff.

Me on the other hand being a gaming/system builder my desktop will always be a PC, because i build it and my laptop Mac or PC both are good ones cheaper the other needs you learn how to use a computer.

I still love my windows 7 Core2Quad running at 4ghz gaming monster, but when it comes to laptop for all my non-gaming non horsepower needs I'll take one of those Mac book if its free they look hot.

America is becoming a country of entertainment and service. Hard labor and inventions are being outsourced in other countries such as China. It's americans fault too for taking their time working blue collar jobs and suing whenever they get the chance. Another reason why companies are outsourcing is to avoid taxes. In order to fix this country's massive debts, they want to increase taxes on the rich. Why should the rich people share their portion and hand over more cash for the mistakes of the government and the poor people who do nothing but want alot of benefits? It's the middle class that is suffering the most because they work their asses off and don't get any benefits. The poor people can sit back and do little and gain lots of benefits and the rich people are getting richer so they don't care about the economical status. If americans can stop being so greedy and overspending whatever they make, maybe this country wouldn't be in an economical crisis. Don't blame the government for it's failure, but blame the ones who voted for such crooks. Honestly, I don't think democracy works. I am not on either party and I believe that our country is heading towards socialism. Obama wants to "socialize" medical aid and other thinks. It's been 4 years, has he done anything great for us? I don't think so. If he's lucky he'll last another 4 years in office trying to bring "hope" to people by bullshitting. All he does is talk but can he walk?

Lenovo Thinkpad x41 tablets. I still sell them pretty much as is for ~350 with windows xp installed. they're good machines.
