applications not opening

Bought a new laptop lenovo ideapad 310 windows 10. On the very first day camera , calculator , calendar and even the store and many other applications are not opening. What to do , not getting anything. please tell me the solution as soon as possible.

You should not be having such problems with a new laptop. I suggest you do reset Windows 10 to factory defaults because it could be there was a problem when Windows 10 was installed. This process should not take too long, I am guessing about 30 minutes. The link below shows you how to do it.

If that does not fix the problem, then I recommend you return it.
