Apps are no longer accessible when moving to SD Card on SGalaxy S5. What do I need to do?

Every time I move apps to the SD Card they are o longer accessible and I can't move them back to storage. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall them from google play store.

No... just restart the phone when you move apps to your Sd card
