Solved! Are there any fatal voltages in a laptop?

I want to boot a laptop while it's open to diagnose it. Could it have dangerous voltages inside?

Old laptops used to use fluorescent tube backlights. AFAIK, they have used LEDs for some time now. No dangerous voltages I'm aware of. I trust you are following good ESD practices, however.
