Can you built with these parts a good gaming pc? If something is wrong like parts not compatible plz say it.

Cpu and motherboard are not compatible. The 300 series boards only work with 8th and 9th gen cpus.

You did not post enough info on the ram, we also need to know type and speed not just capacity.

Do you already have the CPU? If not I would keep the Z390 and get a a newer CPU instead of a different motherboard.

The ram in the link is ok, but that's a 4x8Gb kit not a 4x4Gb described in your original post.

Depends on what you want to spend but the i5 9600k, i7 9700k and the i9 9900k are the best options.
