Are this two rsim7 for iphone 5 sprint unlock are legit?

hi planning to buy iphone 5 from sprint and use it on gsm here in us and sometimes in europe and i found out china seller on ebay sellling this http://www.ebay.com/itm/RSIM7-R-SIM7-Unlock-Card-For-iPhone-4s-iPhone-5-IOS5-0-5-1-1-6-0-6-0-1-6-0-2-/170967210059?pt=SIM_Cards&hash=item27ce70984b claiming iphone 5 from sprint can be unlocked and also i found this

is this true that now iphone 5 can be unlocked for gsm?

It's more than possible, however no one on Tom's will help you do it. Unlocking falls into the category of cracking/hacking which is against the terms and conditions and isn't allowed to be discussed on these forums.

Just remember that it voids your warranty, and the slightest mistake could turn it into a $500 paperweight. You're better off ordering one directly from Apple with no SIM lock.
