Arrow keys and questionmark don't work.Any ideas how i can fix it

Suddenly the arrow keys and question mark dont work...i tried to reboot but the same problem still exists !! Can someone help please

Not really sure what could've caused that. My only suggestion would be to go into the Device Manager on your system and uninstall the keyboard drivers, reboot, and just let Windows reinstall them, then reboot again. Should work out whatever's kinked without too much of a headache.
