Aspire 5610z Ethernet controller

My ethernet controller does not work after I formatted and reloaded XP on my laptop. Where can I get free drivers for this or should I be looking at something else? I am running now with a Netgear card.

I have tried this. Unknown device. No name and can't find drivers. also states this device has a problem.
