Aspire E1-470P Operating System not Found

I have a Aspire E1-470P laptop yesterday it was working fine, I turned it on today and operating system not found shows up.

I downgraded from W10 creators update to the version before it but that was two days ago, after that I turned it off and on and it was still working. The part where cds go to doesn't work and I don't have another computer.
I tried clicking f2, f12, f11, even all keys at once but it does nothing. The only thing that did anything was cntl+alt+del and that restarts the comp but it goes back to the same message. I can't get to the Bios.

Do you have any disks or flash drives in the system? If you do, remove everything and check things again. Re-seat the hard drive and try it again.

I tried turning it on without having anything connected to it, still same thing happening
