Aspire E15 E5-571-563B Windows 10 video crashing when playing games.

Originally had Win 8.1 but after upgrading to Win 10 crashing when playing video games. Upgraded all drivers but still locks up and freezes while playing video games. Even reduced my settings. Still will freeze or computer restarts itself. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Have you tried doing a clean install of the graphics card driver?
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Intel graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Intel graphics.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver.

- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot, do test it again.

I presume no problems when you had win 8.1? could download the win 10 iso from ms then burn it to a disk so can do a fresh install of win10 which might correct those problems.
