Hi ! Can I be able to remove "lag" of Assassin's creed Unity. These are my system specs.

Intel Core i5.
4GB Ram DDR3.
1GB Nvidia GTS 525M.

You're video card is well under what is needed to run that game. You can try running at a lower resolution and lowest quality setting.
