How do I do a bulk re-assign of date created to = date picture taken in Win XP?

I'm also looking for this. I think 'AttributeMagic Pro' does it, but free version only allows it per 20: So I did it 20 per 20. Also, it apparently changed the 'date modified', not the 'creation date'. So I used 'Bulk Rename Utility' (free version) to copy 'date modified' to 'date created'
