Asus a8js powers on then off again?

ASUS A8JS POWERS ON THEN OFF AGAIN
HELP?

Easy on the ALL CAPS. That is the equivalent of yelling.

This sounds like a heat and/or power issue. Does this happen when connected to the AC adapter only? Or does it also happen when using only battery power?
