asus black screen

my brand new asus K501U from amazon shows me black screen while i'm working on it.. keyboard and mouse dont work on that black screen too! alla i can do is to turn in down from the start button! also the fan makes a lot of noise.. what can i do??

If this is a brand new machine, you need to contact the place of purchase. You should not be getting any such problems. If they won't help, contact the manufacturer.

You should get a replacement if you're having issues with a brand new unit.
